Where's my order

To find out the status of your order, please refer to the order or shipment confirmation emails/sms we sent you.

FYI, this is how our system works:

Step 1: We send you an order confirmation message after checkout via email or SMS (depending on which communication preference you chose at checkout). Please check your spam, bulk or junk mailbox just in case ;-)

Step 2: Once your product has been created and printed, we will ship it to you & send a shipment confirmation that includes a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not be available right away or 100% up to date when you click on the tracking link we provide.

Why is my order tracking email/order missing or not working?

  • It takes us a few days to create your one of a kind creation. Your tracking email / sms will go out when we ship - 2 to 5 days after you placed the order (depending on the product you chose).
  • If an email or phone number is miss-typed, then any confirmation we send will not go to the intended recipient. Sometimes carriers like UPS & USPS can take 48-72 hrs to update their tracking information.

How to resolve the issue:

  • Contact us via live chat or email.
  • Please include your name, email, phone and order # if you have it.
  • We will track down your order and re-send your tracking information
  • How long does it take to print & ship my order?

    We process orders Monday through Friday from 9 A.M. through 5 P.M. EST.

    Production Time

    It takes up to:

    • 2 business days to design and print your one of a kind gift wrap.
    • 3 business days if your order includes add-ons like a birthday cards or stickers.
    • Custom birthday parties and holiday cards can take up to 7 business days to create. Note that you will need to sign off on the proof we send you.


    Shipping Transit Time

    Below is the estimated transit time by shipping service for orders placed Mon-Fri before 5 P.M. EST. Please add the production time stated above when estimating your delivery date.

    • Free Shipping: 7 to 10 business days
    • UPS Ground: 3 to 7 business days 
    • UPS Next Day Saver: 1 Business Day

    We offer the following shipping options. Please remember to add production time when estimating delivery dates. Transit times may vary.

    United States

    Free Shipping: We use USPS. Expect 7 to 10 business days.  

    UPS Ground:  Expect 3 to 7 business days. Add an extra day for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

    UPS  3 Day Select:  3 business days. Price varies by location and will be displayed at checkout.

    UPS  Next Day Saver:  1 business days. Price varies by location and will be displayed at checkout.

    International Shipping

    DHL Express: Expect 10 to 15 business days. Price varies by location and will be displayed at checkout

    What if I want to cancel my order?

    Once you place your order, production starts immediately and can not be stopped.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do. We use DHL Express. You can expect 10 to 15 business days. Prices vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.

    We do not mark up our shipping rates. Unfortunately, international shipping rates are high. sad

    We are seeking international fulfillment partners to lower our costs for international buyers. Be sure to reach out if you have someone in mind. 

    Can I make changes to my order?

    Once your order has been recieved, we cannot make any changes.

    Problems With Your Order

    My order or product was damaged. What are my options?

    In the rare event that your product or order arrives damaged, please reach out and we will make things right. Follow these simple steps.

    1. Contact us via live chat or email.
    2. Please include your name, email, phone and order # if you have it. 
    3. Please provide us with images of the damaged product.
    UPS / USPS is showing my order as delivered. I did not receive my order. What now?

    In the rare event that your order is not delivered to the right address or goes missing, please reach out to us and we will make things right. 

    Step 1: Check with your neighbors to see if it was left with them. Have a doorbell camera? Check and see if the delivery was attempted.

    Step 2: Contact us via live chat or email. Please include your name, email, phone and order #. Include any info you think might be relevant.

    Step 3: We will contact the carrier to find out what happenned.

    Step 4: We will email you some options (i.e. Send a reprint or provide you with a refund)

    My order is missing an item. What are my options?

    In the rare event that we mess up your order, please reach out and we will make things right. Follow these simple steps.

    1. Contact us via live chat or email.
    2. Please include your name, email, phone and order # if you have it. 
    3. Please provide us with any relevant information so we can understand what went wrong.

    We will reach out with options (i.e Resend the missing product, provide a partial refund, etc).

    Ordered multiple gift wrap rolls and missing one?

    Be sure to unroll your paper to see if all your items are together. (Orders containing multiple gift wrap rolls are rolled up together).

     

    Where is my refund?

    You will receive an email/sms confirmation when your refund is issued. 

    Note:

    1. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 
    2. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 days before your refund posts (we use Bank of America...and it takes them forever).

    Product Info & FAQs

    Do you send a proof before printing?

    For gift wrap, banners, we no longer send proofs before printing. Proofs are only available for custom parties and holiday cards.

    Our expert designers will cut out the face from the photo you upload and create an amazing product.

    PRO TIP: Upload a high resolution, portrait-style photo for best results. Avoid photos with multiple people.

    Are your products made in the U.S.A.?

    All Gift Wrap My Face products are 100% made in the U.S.A. Our products are created, designed, printed, and shipped from South Florida using the highest quality paper and inks.

    What kind of paper and inks do you use?

    We print on unlaminated, 60 lb.matte paper so your creations will last, not the thin, shiny, mass-produced stuff you'll find at a local store.

    Our paper has the right thickness so it can absorb and not bleed ink during the printing process.

    We use Forestry Stewardship Council  (FSC®) certified paper. Our gift wrap can be safely recycled.
