WILL IT ARRIVE ON TIME?
We encourage you to plan ahead :)
- We are open Mon- Fri from 9 am to 5 pm.
- It can take up to 2 days to create your order. Orders received after 9 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Shipping times depend on the class of service you choose at checkout and destination.
- You need to add 2 business days to shipping transit time to calculate the estimated delivery date.
- Unexpected weather or COVID-19 related delays are possible.
Example:
An order placed on a Monday at 4 PM EST, will be processed the same day and ship out by Wed.
- If you chose UPS Next Day air, it will arrive by Thursday.
- If you choose UPS Ground, it will arrive anytime between the following Tuesday through Thursday
- If you choose free shipping, it can take up to 12 days to arrive. USPS is a little unpredictable.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your shipping label is printed, you will receive a shipment notification email from us with your tracking number. Check your spam :)
Please note that tracking information may not be available right away or updated when you click on the tracking link we provide. This will be updated by the shipping carrier.
Possible status update delays by carrier:
- up to 72 hours for USPS (Free Shipping)
- up to 48 hours for UPS and DHL

How long does it take to make? It takes up to 2* business days to design and print your one of a kind face mask.

We are a family-owned company. We create, print and ship Monday through Fridays, from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. On weekends, you may find us at a beach in Florida, or cooling off that Texan heat at a nearby swimming hole.
